Key Responsibilities:


1. Coordinate and oversee all academic activities within the department.

2. Develop and implement academic policies, procedures, and curriculum enhancements.

3. Collaborate with faculty members to ensure effective delivery of educational programs.

4. Monitor student progress, academic performance, and attendance records.

5. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to maintain educational standards.

6. Manage academic resources, including textbooks, materials, and digital resources.

7. Provide guidance and support to students, teachers, and staff on academic matters.

8. Liaise with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders regarding academic initiatives and student progress.

9. Stay updated with industry trends, educational best practices, and regulatory requirements.

10. Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.


Qualifications and Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in an academic coordination or management role.

3. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, educational technology, and assessment methods.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in educational software, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, training, and development.

8. Understanding of educational policies, standards, and regulations.

9. Passion for education, student success, and continuous improvement.

10. Certification in educational leadership or relevant field (optional but preferred).
