We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical/Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring our applications to meet customer requirements and resolving technical issues effectively. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation.

This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.


Key Responsibilities:

Application Configuration:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and configure the application accordingly.
  • Ensure smooth implementation and customization of the application to align with business requirements.

Technical Support:

  • Provide timely resolution to customer-reported issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance system performance.

Technical Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain user manuals, technical guides, and FAQs for the application.
  • Document configuration processes, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolution workflows.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work in the IST time zone with an overlap to the MST time zone to support global teams and customers.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and development teams for issue escalation and resolution.


Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of application configuration processes.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or SQL is a plus.
  • Proficiency in creating and editing technical documentation.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical or application support roles.
  • Experience working with global teams and supporting applications for diverse customers.
