Financial Reporting:

(Financial Reporting, financial accounting) performing below activities –

➢ Performing Financial statement reviews based on understanding of relationship

between supporting documents and financial statement documents prepared in

accordance with IND AS and IFRS.

➢ Prepare and consolidate the financial statement of Indian organization as per relevant

IND AS and IGAAP. And fulfilling regulatory requirements.

➢ Conduct financial analysis including variance analysis, profitability analysis, to support

business decision, budgeting and forecasting,

➢ Variance analysis for income statement and providing commentary for MEC, QEC and

YEC closure to regional controllership team.

➢ Providing supporting documents for smooth conduct of audits (Statutory Audits/ Sox Audits/ Internal Audits)

➢ Assisting the GL team with identification of GL accounts and there mapping with Head office GL accounts.

➢ Assists the preparation of the annual operating plan (AOP), aligning financial objectives with strategic goals to ensure optimal resource allocation and performance measurement.

➢ Assessment and Reviews of Transition & Transformation related contracts and providing feedback to regional team for next level on impairment assessment of the contract.

➢ Providing support on Quarterly Balance sheet Reviews

Experience requirements

CA with 2 Yrs to 5+ years of proven experience in Financial Reporting.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
