We are looking for a highly motivated
Lead Generation Specialist
with at least
1 year of experience,
to drive high-quality leads in a
B2B SaaS
environment.
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating potential business opportunities to fuel our sales pipeline. This is a results-driven role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented with excellent communication skill (English) understands B2B SaaS buyer personas, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced growth-focused team.
Responsibilities:
- Use different lead gen channels to identify and generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Research and qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
- Engage prospects through personalized connection requests, InMail, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead targeting and messaging.
- Monitor and optimize outreach campaigns for higher response and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience
in B2B lead generation using different channels. - Previous experience working in a
B2B SaaS company
is
mandatory
. - Basic understanding of SaaS sales funnels and customer journey.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.).
- Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
