We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Graphic Design Lead to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in brand-side designing and a proven track record of leading diverse design teams. This role requires expertise in product packaging, offline collaterals, social media trends, website A+ content, catalog creation, and performance marketing asset creation.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, videographers, packaging designers, and design interns.
● Develop and execute creative strategies for various projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
● Oversee the design and production of high-quality packaging, offline marketing materials, social media assets, website content, and catalogs.
●  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media trends, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.
●  Collaborate with the marketing team to create performance marketing assets that drive engagement and conversions.
●  Ensure all design projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
●  Foster a collaborative and disciplined work environment, ensuring team members are motivated and productive.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably on the brand side.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sincere, disciplined, and results-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate availability to join within a month is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and managing design teams.
