Role: Clinical Research Associate - Digital Health
Location: Bangalore, KA (On-Site & Full-Time)
Wundrsight Healthcare is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - Digital Health to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this full-time role, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of clinical research projects and studies focused on mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the design and development of research protocols for clinical studies in psychology, ensuring alignment with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines and relevant ISO standards.
* Manage and participate in the recruitment of research participants, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines.
* Conduct clinical assessments and data collection according to study protocols, using standardized psychological tests and measures.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive research documentation, including electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
* Contribute to data analysis and interpretation, working collaboratively with the research team.
* Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings for internal and external stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date on relevant research methodologies, regulations, and ethical guidelines in clinical psychology research.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field (e.g., Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology)
* 1-2 Years of prior experience in Digital Health, Psychology or allied industry
* Demonstrated experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly ISO standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001) in a clinical research setting is a must
* Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research, preferably in mental health or a related field.
* Strong understanding of psychological research methods, data collection techniques, and statistical analysis (e.g., SPSS).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency and familiarity with EDC systems such as RedCap is a must.
* Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data collection and documentation.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced research environment.
* Passion for mental health research and a strong desire to contribute to the development of evidence-based interventions.
