Role Summary:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst who will play a pivotal role in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports for various organizations. The ideal candidate will also handle annual, quarterly, and monthly compliance with laws such as GST, Income Tax, ESIC, EPFO, MCA, and more. This role demands proficiency in Busy and Tally accounting software, a strong command of MS Office , and a proactive approach to legal and financial compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports tailored to client needs.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure timely filing and adherence to GST, Income Tax, ESIC, EPFO, MCA, and other statutory requirements on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Audit Assistance: Participate in audits for Income Tax and GST, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct research on tax-related legal issues and prepare advisory solutions for clients.
  • Client Engagement: Assist seniors in responding to client queries on diverse tax matters such as capital gains, tax payments, return preparation, and GST.
  • Administrative Support: Manage client documentation, engagement letters, billing follow-ups, and internal quality review measures (QRM).
  • Data Analysis: Leverage electronic working papers and tools to analyze and convert data into accurate tax advisory/compliance products.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Law , Accounting , Business , or a related field.
  • Professional accounting or finance accreditation such as CA Dropout or an MBA with 0-2 years of relevant experience is highly desirable.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.
