Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Gurugram. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling receptionist duties, using medical terminology accurately, and ensuring effective communication with both patients and medical professionals. The Patient Coordinator will also be expected to maintain phone etiquette and provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with appointment scheduling and receptionist duties
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred
