Our client is a multinational development and advocacy establishment who is searching for talent to join their organization:

  • Taking charge of national strategy development, ensuring it aligns with the global organization strategies, and managing resource allocation and risk reduction
  • Advising and supporting leadership on HR management, fostering a culture of effective leadership, and overseeing HR metrics and processes
  • Providing direction in HR functions (e.g., recruitment and talent management, optimizing HR systems, and promoting ongoing improvement)
  • Coordinating efforts to uphold organization core values and mission, encouraging staff engagement with these principles
  • Leading efforts in assessing and developing staff skills, fostering talent, and planning for succession
  • Implementing policies to support staff welfare, conducting surveys to gauge employee satisfaction, and ensuring competitive compensation
  • Developing leadership programs, managing cultural shifts, and promoting a performance-driven culture
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, managing risks related to HR, and handling employee relations issues while adhering to legal requirements

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or HRM & Organizational Development

  • Minimum 8 years experience in leading and managing HR teams of large-scale multinational organizations. 

  • Having conducted Leadership Development Programs is an advantage 

  • Experienced in formulating HR visions and devising strategies 

  • Ability to develop strategic HRM and drive transformation across HR spheres

  • Proficient in developing systems, policies, and guidelines

  • Having a comprehensive understanding of local labor laws of compensation, labor relations, and employee separations

  • Excellent at recruitment and retention processes 

  • Good at communication, diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills 

  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally

  • Fluent in Vietnamese, proficient in English
