Job Overview We are seeking a Senior-level Project Head responsible for overseeing wind energy projects in locations including Barmer, Ratlam, Anantapur, Dwarka, and Kushtagi. This full-time position demands strong expertise in project management within the Wind Energy sector, focusing on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications and Skills Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects within the renewable energy sector, specifically in wind energy to the tune of 3GW. Strong understanding and experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring adherence to all quality and safety standards. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams comprising diverse individuals. Proficient in project management software and tools, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting of project progress. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential challenges and address them proactively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing project requirements and timelines. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage wind energy projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes, ensuring compliance with all industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across all levels of the project. Conduct risk management to identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure all operational activities adhere to Suzlon's commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes and future collaborations.
