We are seeking a Head of Strategic Initiatives to drive high-impact projects that shape the company’s long-term growth and transformation. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and cross-functional leadership to identify opportunities, manage complex initiatives, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the leadership team to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new business models.
  • Lead cross-functional projects spanning operations, product, marketing, finance, and HR.
  • Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps with clear metrics and outcomes.
  • Oversee execution of key initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Conduct deep market, competitor, and industry research to support decision-making.
  • Build dashboards and reporting structures to track initiative progress and impact.
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO/leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage external stakeholders, including consultants, partners, and vendors, when required.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and results-driven execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, business consulting, or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to work across functions and drive alignment in complex environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving contexts.
