We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts within the recruitment sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new clients in various industries.- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential clients through networking events, conferences, and meetings.- Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed client acquisition targets.- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to understand service offerings and ensure alignment with client needs.- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics and client feedback to refine strategies and improve service delivery.- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities in client acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Minimum (5) years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry dynamics.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
