Responsibilities:

Leadthe assignment / review in accordance with company Internal AuditGuidelines International Professional Practices and establishedinternal communicationprotocol.

Planoversee and coordinate the work performed toensure optimal resource allocation and efficient completion ofassignment by preparing the methodology collating raw dataobtaining past recommendations preparing meetings with auditeesetc.

Assessthe key risks of the audited areas and coordinate the team toidentify weaknesses in governance risk management and control inthose areas and raise appropriate findings andrecommendations.

Reviewwork done by audit team to ensure that the work scope objectivesareachieved.

Completethe audit report within the recommendedtimeline.

Escalateto the Supervisor unresolved matters or disputes with the auditeesfor timelyresolution.

Assistin documentation gathering for theassignment.

Assistin assessing the key risks of the audited areas and identifyweaknesses in governance risk management and control in those areasby carrying out appropriate evaluation andtests.

Raiseappropriate findings and provide appropriate valueaddedrecommendations to mitigate identifiedrisks.

Completeand file investigation working papers for easy retrieval tosubstantiate workperformed.

Review the implementation of the Inspection G n ralerecommendations

Validate the implementation of recommendations and maintain audittrail of correspondences with auditees in respect of allimplementation.

Contribute to the periodic risk assessment of covered activitiesandplanning

Performa periodic and comprehensive risk assessment of the coveredactivities as per the Groupguidelines.

Keepabreast of change/new development of regulatory requirements thatare relevant to the covered activities and relatedfunctions.

Assistin the elaboration of the audit planning following a riskbasedapproach.

Contributeto the improvement of the Inspection G n rale practices through theelaboration and update of ourmethodologies.
