ResponsibilitiesResponsible for software testing through manual / automation testing of Web/ Product based applications

Create test plans, test cases, and/or test scripts required to validate solutionsTake proactive, expert ownership of Quality Assurance role on client and internal projectsTest Execution, Evaluation and Defect ReportingWork closely across all capabilities (e.g. Technology, Project Management, User Experience/Creative, etc.) to ensure that all quality assurance requirements are defined and properly documented.Assist in reviewing and refining existing QA process, controls, and best practicesAssist QA Leadership in training and mentoring other QA staff members on QA best practices and techniquesDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with international teams and clientsQualities / Experience

Candidate should have hands on 1 to 6 years’ experience on Manual Testing.

Candidate should have excellent knowledge of SQLWorking knowledge of QTP / Selenium or other automation tools/frameworksExpertise in various forms of software testing: functional and non-functional testing – regression testing, performance testing, etc.Expert in Unit testing, Regression testing and System testingExperience testing mobile applications for iOS and AndroidGood verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand business needs and translate them into test cases and test scenariosDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.Extensive understanding in QA process (Agile and Waterfall), tools, and approachesExperience with JIRA, Azure Devops, or similar bug and issue tracking solutionsExperience with Mobile Web testing and simulator/emulation tools is a plusExperience with Blazemeter/JMeter/load testing tools, and performance testing,API testing tools a plusExperience with testing beyond functional (e.g. Accessibility, security, etc.) a plus.

•Manual Testing•creating a test plan•using the plan to assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems•using the plan to hunt down and fix software bugs•looking for ways to prevent bugs from occurring in the first place•guarding against incorrect language usage, truncated text and incorrect formatting•ensuring the product is culturally compatible with the target market•some localization analysts are responsible for translation work•rebuilding the corrected software application
