Role Overview:  


We are looking for a experienced Salesforce Manual Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce applications and a proven track record in manual testing methodologies. 


Responsibilities:  


  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality, performance, and adherence to business requirements. 
  • Develop comprehensive test cases and test plans based on user stories and functional requirements. 
  • Execute test cases manually and document test results meticulously. 
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using JIRA or similar tools. 
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate application behavior. 
  • Participate in release management activities, including deployment verification and post-release validation. 
  • Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

Requirements:  


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Manual Quality Analyst or in a similar role. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. 
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA process, and testing tools. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
