We at Rolling Stones are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Production Manager to join our dynamic team in the Wedding Industry. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production operations, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of exceptional wedding services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- On-Site Supervision: Oversee the setup and execution of wedding events on-site, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and ensure everything runs smoothly.- Client Service Collaboration: Work closely with the client service team to provide updates on production progress, address client queries, and incorporate client feedback into the production process.- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of production staff, including decorators, technicians, and support personnel. Provide guidance, mentorship, and ensure a positive work environment to enhance team productivity and efficiency.- Production Planning: Collaborate with the creative and client service team to understand design requirements, themes, and budgets. Develop comprehensive production plans, including material procurement, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful implementation of wedding decor projects.- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project deadlines and maintain cost-effectiveness.- Quality Control and Maintenance: Implement strict quality control measures to ensure that all decor elements meet the highest standards and align with the client's expectations along with making sure the maintenance work at godown inventory.- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and event management teams to ensure the smooth transportation, setup, and teardown of decor items at wedding venues.- Vendor Management: Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain a roster of reliable suppliers to source high-quality materials and decorative items.- Budget Management: Work closely with the finance department to manage the production budget, track expenses, Labour wages, and optimize costs without compromising on the quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of event production technology, lighting, audio-visual equipment, and stage design.- Proven experience as a Production Manager in the Wedding industry or related field.- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple weddings simultaneously.- Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members.- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced wedding environments.- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to event production.
