Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of multiple locations within their designated region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational excellence, team leadership, and driving business results. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of business strategies, maintaining high standards, and fostering a culture of collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational and financial goals for 5 to 6 outlets in west location.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of outlets, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for location managers and their teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
  • Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Build strong relationships with team members to drive engagement, accountability, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align area operations with overall business goals.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal resource allocation across locations.
  • Act as the point of contact for escalated issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in multi-location management, preferably in retail, food & beverage, or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing others.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in using operational and financial management tools/software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
