Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading and managing a team of engineers to develop and implement AI-based solutionsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the design and architecture of AI applicationsOverseeing the application engineering process, including design, development, testing, and deploymentSetup skeleton and best practices in building frontend applications using React, NextJs, backend python REST APIs using Fast APIImplementing best practices for cloud infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance and scalabilityDriving DevOps processes to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflowsProviding technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and developmentContributing to the strategic planning and execution of AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectivesIdentifying and mitigating technical risks, and proactively addressing technical challengesStaying updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrating relevant innovations into project development

Education QualificationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Behavioural SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentAdaptability and willingness to embrace innovation and change
