V ektra is now planning to venture aggressively in the following fields:
1) Repairing and Testing of Hydraulic Axial Piston Pumps and Motors of various makes.
2) Manufacturing of Drivelines / Propeller Shafts and Components for Constuction and Mining Equipments.
Ample covered area has already been constructed for above activities. The Management is willing to invest in all state-of-the-art equipments for manufacturing and testing of these products.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head of New Product Development at Vektra Engineering Pvt Ltd in Kolkata.The role entails overseeing the development and implementation of the two new proposed ventures mentioned above, conducting market research, managing a team of engineers, and driving sales initiatives related to the new ventures.
QualificationsExperience in Repairing and Testing of Axial Piston Pumps.Experience in Manufacturing Drivelines/ Propeller shafts.Team ManagementSales skillsStrong technical background in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldExperience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in hydraulic systemsDemonstrated ability to lead product development projects from conception to launchExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor's or Master's degree / diploma in Engineering or Business Administration
