Job Description :


Role & Responsibilities :


Create Delightful, User-centric Digital Products :


Youll be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the UX/I Process, starting from various Research methods, Persona mapping, Architectures and Journey Maps to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to usability testing ensuring the vision is brought to life beautifully.


Along with the end users of your projects/products, you would be interacting with Business, Market Research, and Technology teams to map the why, what and who of the assignment.


Product Documentation :


- Documenting the UX discovery processes and research,and writing user stories.


- Ideal Candidate 1-2 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio working as a UX Generaliston various phases of software product design, and are looking for a long-term position.


- Experience working with the US Health Care preferred, but not mandatory.


- A strong portfolio showcasing understating of the fundamentals of UX design, typography, and colour theory.


- Have a proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.


- Sharp attention to details, smart decision-making ability, and be able to manage time and resources effectively and efficiently.


- Proven hands-on operation management capabilities working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members.


- Excellent written and oral English communication.


- A belief in constant Learning, Unlearning and Sharing, and having no fear of experiments and change.
