Job Summary:

The Product Manager is tasked with overseeing the design, development, and management of specific products or a group of products. This role encompasses activities ranging from product definition and planning to production and go-to-market strategies. The Product Manager plays a crucial role in defining the roadmap for their product(s), essential for achieving targets related to bookings, client NPS, and gross margin within their component. They collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and prospects to identify new product capability requirements aimed at driving organic growth. Close cooperation with development teams ensures the successful creation and introduction of these new capabilities to the market. Additionally, the Product Manager takes on the responsibility of testing and deploying these fresh features to clients, while also promoting future growth to a wider audience of CW clients and prospects.

Responsibilities:

Define and manage comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps with Product leadership and in line with the company's vision and goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling new features and enhancements. Use data to guide decision-making, analyzing market trends and customer feedback to ensure our product aligns with customer needs and market opportunities. Lead the product's life cycle from conception to launch, setting key performance metrics and driving the product's overall success. Collaborates with their development team on the design and building of features. Manage relationships with stakeholders, negotiating and defining product priorities and ensuring alignment across teams. Actively speaks with clients about their component’s use case and future needs. Provides expertise and support to the Sales and Operations teams on their product.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 4+ years professional experience in Product Management or a related field. Experience building front-end applications. Possess strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities in the face of ambiguity. Demonstrated experience in making data-driven product decisions and defining product strategy. Experience working directly with clients. Ability to work across the organization with sales, product, operations, and technology. Working knowledge of Financial Markets.

Desired Experience or Skills:

Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to contribute to software design documentation, presentation, sequence diagrams and present complex technical designs in a concise manner. Experience writing business requirements for product or service. Prior experience preparing and delivering presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
