Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Executive at Digital Rubul. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing general human resources activities. The HR Executive will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience in handling Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
  • In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
