We have an industry-unique opportunity to provide our client partners with a fully integrated offering across brand experience, customer experience and commerce practices — powered by deep data and technology experience. We are looking for a Strategy Planning Director who leverages a deep and rich understanding of consumers, markets, communications and brands to help create the big enduring ideas that can become core to a brand's identity. Responsibility Partnering with clients as their strategic advisor/partner. Work with cross-functional teams to guide strategy and deliver top-notch thinking, and quality work on the assigned accounts. Leverage data, cultural understanding, and consumer insights to tell impactful stories from the earliest research stage through creative development, integrated communication planning and campaign evaluation. Acts as a strong client and creative partner to drive the brand and agency's vision forward Desired Skillset 6 8 years of experience in Mainline advertising Digital experience will be a bonus Strategic mindset Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Post Graduation in Advertising or Media is preferable Effective communication and strong inter-personal skills with eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
