JOB SUMMARY: The Technical Interviewer is responsible forevaluating the technical competencies of job candidates during the hiringprocess. They conduct in-depth technical interviews and assess candidates'technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit with theorganization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct Technical Interviews: Conduct structured technicalinterviews to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience related tothe specific job role.

Evaluate Technical Skills: Assess candidates' proficiency in relevantprogramming languages, frameworks, tools, and technologies. Evaluate theirability to solve technical problems, troubleshoot issues, and think critically.

Provide Constructive Feedback: Offer detailed andconstructive feedback to candidates after interviews, highlighting strengthsand areas for improvement. Communicate the results effectively to hiringmanagers and team members.

Stay Current with Technology Trends: Keep up-to-date with industrytrends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the evaluationprocess remains relevant and aligned with the company's needs.

Collaborate with Hiring Teams: Work closely with hiringmanagers, HR professionals, and other interviewers to understand jobrequirements, develop evaluation criteria, and ensure a consistent and fairinterview process.

Assess Cultural Fit: Evaluate candidates' alignment with the company'svalues, culture, and team dynamics. Determine if they will be a good fit withinthe organization.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of candidate assessments,interview feedback, and evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policiesand legal requirements regarding candidate data.

Participate in Training: Participate in training sessions or workshops toenhance interview skills, maintain consistency in the evaluation process, andalign with the company's hiring goals.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contributeto the enhancement of the interview process, interview questions, andassessment techniques.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

·Typically works in an office environment.

·May require occasional overtime during peak hiringperiods.

·Frequent interaction with job candidates and teammembers.
