The food and beverage program is inspired by flavors from the team’s childhood and travels. With a strong focus on commonly available, yet distinct local ingredients, it’s paired with international influences while attempting to keep it as simple and fresh as we can.

In the last few years, Hideaway has opened up its doors and has hosted bars such as Little Red Door (Paris), Law and Order (Amsterdam), Smoke and Bitters (Sri Lanka), Cat Bite Club, Nutmeg and Clove (Singapore), and Asia Today (Bangkok) in our endeavor to bring the finest global cocktail experiences to our shores.

#5 India’s 30 Best Bars 2024.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Captain at Hideaway Cafe & Bar. The Senior Captain will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, managing and training the bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory and supplies. The Senior Captain will also be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.

QualificationsExperience working in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant settingStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle stressful situations and solve problems quicklyAttention to detail and a strong sense of professionalismAbility to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environmentFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
