Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Lending Solutions (LOS & LMS)Location: Chennai, Mumbai, NoidaThe Opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative with direct experience or a strong understanding of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in driving new business development, primarily through proactive outbound engagement and effective qualification of inbound leads. You will leverage your domain knowledge to engage with prospects, articulate the value of our lending solutions, and contribute directly to our revenue growth.Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Qualification:Proactively identify, research, and target new business opportunities within the financial services sector (banks, NBFCs, credit unions, fintechs) through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social selling.Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing activities, conducting initial needs assessments to determine fit and potential.Product Knowledge & Value Articulation (Lending Domain):Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.Articulate the value proposition of our solutions, focusing on how they address specific pain points in the loan lifecycle (e.g., faster processing, reduced manual errors, improved compliance, better customer experience in origination, efficient servicing, effective collections).Understand key lending processes such as application intake, credit scoring, underwriting, decisioning, disbursement,
