Work you’ll do:
As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the Workday HCM system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Job Description:Should have minimum 1-2 Years of Workday Implementation and/or Support experienceExperience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of solutions according to customer requirementsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectationsHands-on experience of configuring the Workday system is REQUIREDUnderstanding of Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projectsStrong functional knowledge in workday business processesKnowledge in workday tools like EIBs, Advanced loads, migration recipes, configuration packages, etc.Basic knowledge of Workday SecurityPrepare end-user documentation or training materials as neededAnalyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configurationMust be able to resolve incidents and cases and provide production/warranty support ∙ Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesSelf-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training. ∙ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
