- Our client, a major gaming, hardware, and services corporation, is seeking a Social Impact Program Manager to coordinate monthly campaigns, manage an internal SharePoint, website, and documentation, and drive internal and external communications. The role is responsible for creating executive-level presentations, generating recap reports and case studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and filing paperwork for charitable programs. The Program Manager will also evangelize social impact principles and promote better social impact stewardship across the organization.

- Role Summary: The Social Impact Program Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating Xbox's community campaigns, focusing on various social impact initiatives and inclusivity within gaming. Strong program management, writing skills, and familiarity with gaming are essential, as well as emotional intelligence and an understanding of diverse cultures.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create, manage, and update SharePoint for the internal Gaming organization.
- Create, manage, and update an external website to showcase social impact work.
- Generate recap reports and case studies on campaigns, partnerships, events, and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate centralized campaigns and activations.
- Create executive-level presentations and manage rapid-testing initiatives for decision-making.
- File pertinent paperwork for charitable programs with government offices.

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience on a social impact or creative-focused team.
- Proven track record of effective organization and cross-group collaboration.
- BA preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with consumer and brand marketing of tech, gaming, or consumer products.
- Proficient with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Proficient with SharePoint.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the gaming industry.
