Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) operations to ensure the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency in MICE activities.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Team Coordination: Lead, motivate, and support a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Event Management: Supervise the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-profile events and conferences, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to client requirements.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for MICE operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
  • Vendor Relations: Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services for our clients.
