About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow social media accounts from scratch to large audiences.
- Create compelling stories and write engaging content.
- Collaborate with team members to bring ideas to life across platforms.
- Design creative content plans that connect with people and inspire action.
- Plan and schedule posts that build brand value, awareness, and reputation.
- Monitor and interpret social media metrics to improve performance.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in social media strategy or content creation.
- Proven passion for content creation, social media, and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience growing a social media account from scratch (strong advantage).
- Creativity, consistency, and eagerness to learn.
