We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Product to spearhead the development and execution of Loop's product strategy in the US and European markets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Loop's future, ensuring it meets the unique needs of healthcare providers and patients in these regions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the product vision and roadmap for Loop in the US and Europe, aligning it with our company's mission and the specific needs of these markets.
  • Product Development: Orchestrate the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Agile Framework: Cultivate an agile development culture, fostering rapid iteration and a relentless focus on delivering value to users.
  • Team Building/Vendor Management: Build and lead a high-performing product team or forge strong partnerships with our IT vendor to drive software development.
  • AI & LLM Integration: Leverage your expertise in AI and LLMs to integrate cutting-edge machine learning capabilities into Loop, enhancing its functionality and user experience.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and navigate challenges in the US and European healthcare landscapes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, healthcare providers, and potential partners to ensure Loop exceeds their expectations.
  • User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring both healthcare providers and patients have a seamless and intuitive experience with Loop.


Your Profile

  • Proven track record: 12+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors, with a demonstrated understanding of the US and/or European markets
  • Leadership skills: 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a diverse team of software development professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
  • AI & LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM models, with a strong understanding of machine learning principles and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience: A history of successfully building and launching software products, with a focus on incorporating AI and machine learning capabilities
  • Agile proficiency: Strong understanding and practical experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Technical acumen: Familiarity with relevant tech stacks and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and their implications for healthcare software development in the US.
  • Strategic thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity and impact.
