About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled professional of Demand Generation with deep expertise in the BPO/IT/ITES industry to drive innovative, results-oriented marketing strategies that fuel business growth. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust demand generation strategies, focusing on driving high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into long-term business relationships. You will lead a team that works cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with company goals and meet revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Demand Generation Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies specifically tailored for the BPO/IT/ITES market, focusing on attracting leads from targeted industries such as healthcare, finance, technology, and customer service.Drive both inbound and outbound lead generation programs to expand the sales pipeline, with a focus on building awareness and promoting the company’s service offerings.Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align demand generation activities with sales targets and ensure efficient lead qualification and handoff.Lead Generation & Nurturing:Create, optimize, and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, webinars, events, content marketing) to engage prospective clients.Develop and execute automated workflows for lead nurturing to move prospects through the sales funnel.Implement targeted campaigns to specific verticals within the BPO space to generate high-quality leads for different service offerings (e.g., customer support, data entry, IT services).Marketing Automation & CRM Management:Develop lead scoring systems to ensure effective prioritization of leads and improve conversion rates.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the BPO/IT/ITES service operations team to understand service offerings, refine messaging, and ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with client needs.Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling, relevant content that resonates with the target audience and supports demand generation efforts.Partner with the sales and client relationship management teams to ensure successful follow-up on generated leads and help identify new business opportunities.Campaign Execution & Optimization:Lead the execution of demand generation campaigns, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and optimized for maximum ROI.Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of demand generation activities and campaigns across multiple channels.Use A/B testing, customer feedback, and performance data to continuously improve marketing tactics and strategies.Data-Driven Decision Making:Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand generation efforts, including lead generation volume, conversion rates, ROI, and sales pipeline growth.Present regular reports to senior leadership on campaign performance, budget utilization, and impact on overall business growth.Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to refine demand generation tactics and strategies.Market Research & Competitive Analysis:Conduct market research to understand BPO/IT/IES industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.Identify and analyze market gaps, positioning opportunities, and emerging trends to refine demand generation strategies.Stay updated on best practices, technologies, and trends in the BPO/IT/ITES and marketing automation spaces.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.14+ years of experience in demand generation, with a strong focus on the BPO or service outsourcing industry.Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs, particularly in the BPO or service-based sectors.Solid understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and sales funnel management.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for improved outcomes.Proven ability to collaborate across departments (sales, operations, and product) to drive business objectives.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
