We are seeking an accomplished Procurement Contract Specialist proficient in negotiating and overseeing contracts related to internal purchases made by the Company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of procurement strategies, supplier management, and efficient purchasing practices to effectively meet the organization's operational requirements.


Role and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to grasp their needs and provide procurement assistance, including assistance with sourcing, vendor contract negotiations and vendor onboarding.
  • Maintain meticulous records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier/vendor details, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
  • Liaise with the legal team to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with legal standards throughout the procurement cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and innovations in procurement to enhance the organization's procurement capabilities.
  • Lead search for procurement automation tool and serve as project manager for implementation of selected tool.


Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to procurement activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
