Job description:

We are looking to hire a Site Supervisor for Aluminium Fabrication and Truss work.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: Above 2 years' experience in Aluminium Fabrication and Truss works preferred
  • Important Responsibilities:
  • Site measurements
  • Managing snag lists
  • Overseeing installation works on-site
  • Read and interpret architectural elevation drawings for metal and steel works.
  • Take accurate site measurements for preparing fabrication drawings and material lists.
  • Prepare fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offs using AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate with the design, procurement, and execution teams for timely site activities.
  • Supervise on-site fabrication and installation such as cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly.
  • Ensure all work is done as per approved materials, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Check and verify completed works for alignment, dimensions, and finish.
  • Guide foremen and subcontractors to resolve technical or drawing-related issues on site.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures during all site operations.
  • Maintain records of site progress, quality checks, and inspection reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors or subcontractors for any outsourced fabrication work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
