Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Site Supervisor specializing in steel construction to oversee and manage projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience in site supervision, a deep understanding of steel construction processes, and a willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site activities for steel construction projects, ensuring quality standards and timely completion.
  • Lead and coordinate with workers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
  • Provide detailed progress reports and updates to the management team.
  • Oversee the proper use and inventory of construction materials and equipment.
  • Guide and mentor junior site staff as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision, particularly in steel construction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and technical specifications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
