Required SkillsThe ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new ideas.Demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.Working effectively with others to achievecommon goals.Attention to detail and Accountability.A minimum of 3 years of experienceProven experience as an Illustrator or similar role in an advertising agency or related industry.Proficient in industry-standard software and other relevant tools.Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful Illustration work.Excellent understanding of illustration principles, techniques, and visual storytelling.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.Bachelor’s degree in art communication, digital design or illustrationAdditional SkillsProficient in illustration software and relevant tools.Ability to create visually impactful illustration.Develop unique, client-aligned illustration concepts.Push creative boundaries while adhering to brand guidelines.Translate briefs into clear storyboards and visualizations.Ensure effective communication of ideas forclient approval.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.Present and articulate illustration concepts effectively.Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines.Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.Stay informed about industry trends, technologies and how to utilize the power of AI into the illustration jobs.Experiment with new ideas and techniques in illustration.
