A leading financial services company is looking for a Senior Associate FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) to join our dynamic finance team. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Analyze financial data, reports, and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations to management. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports that highlight business performance and variances against budget. Collaborate with different departments to gather input for financial forecasts and ensure alignment with business objectives. Support ad-hoc financial analyses and projects to drive business decisions. Assist in preparing presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and strategies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a corporate finance environment. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel. Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
