Sales Head – Premium Cold-Pressed & Chemical-Free Edible Oils Location: -Bangalore Company: Rajashri Foods Pvt Ltd – in collaboration with Good Earth Oils, Australia Experience: 10–15 years | Function: Sales & Business Development. The Role As Sales Head – Edible Oils , you will be responsible for scaling our premium product range across Modern Trade, Online Platforms, and General Trade . You will lead national sales operations, develop high-impact channel strategies, and drive partnerships that make healthy living accessible to millions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a growth plan for India across key sales channels. Design pricing, placement, and trade strategies tailored to the premium edible oil category. Channel Development Build strong relationships with modern trade retailers and key accounts. Drive e-commerce sales through Amazon, Big Basket, Blinkit, Zepto, and D2C platforms. Expand general trade distribution with select partners aligned to the brand’s ethos. Team & Partner Management Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Forge partnerships with distributors and channel stakeholders committed to clean and ethical products. Market Growth & Insights Analyze consumer trends in health & wellness to shape go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with marketing for on-ground activations, health campaigns, and visibility drives. Who You Are 10–15 years of experience in FMCG / Edible Oils / Health Food sales. Proven expertise across Modern Trade, E-commerce, and General Trade . Strong network in premium retail and e-commerce channels. Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from the ground up. Passionate about sustainability, purity, and conscious consumption . Background: Ex-FMCG professionals from companies like Marico, Adani Wilmar, Cargill, or Emami will be considered if they are ready in taking on a startup leadership role. Compensation Package. There will be a Fixed CTC: will be commiserated based knowledge and experience.
