Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced Digital Scrum Master to join our DMINT squad for a 6-month mission, focusing on our Pricing platform. The ideal candidate will promote, support, and implement Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. This role requires organizing team work to optimize productivity during Sprints and ensuring alignment between the Product Owner and the development team. The Scrum Master will oversee all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the team remains focused and motivated.


Key Responsibilities :


Product Backlog Management :


- Initialize and update the Product Backlog.


- Provide methods and tools to ensure Sprint delivery velocity and optimize team productivity.


- Mentor the Scrum Team in following Scrum ceremonies and processes.


- Support other Scrum Masters with managing JIRA and project management tools.


- Facilitate workshops and assist the Product Owner in prioritizing deliverables by value.


- Challenge the Product Owner on the value of deliverables if necessary.


Scrum Team Animation :


- Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.


- Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, development work, Biz Demo, Sprint Retrospective, Product Backlog Refinement, and Scrum of Scrums.


- Ensure the team follows Agile/Kanban values and principles.


- Motivate and commit the team to a rapid and sustainable pace.


- Protect the team from external disturbances and resolve conflicts.


- Address roadblocks and operational problems, promoting continuous improvement.


Project Management :


- Share progress data with project stakeholders during Sprint Reviews.


- Ensure User Stories/Use cases are ready for implementation in the next Sprint.


- Coordinate with Product Owner and stream leads to resolve conflicts in User Stories.


- Manage risks and dependencies in collaboration with other Scrum Masters.


- Lead Sprint Planning and ensure realistic scope commitments.


- Monitor daily meetings, capturing progress and obstacles.


- Ensure required engineering practices are followed and used continuously.


- Animate demonstrations at the end of each sprint iteration.


Monitoring :


- Escalate unresolved obstacles to management.


- Provide dashboards to monitor taskforce progress.


- Assist the Delivery Anchor with weekly report inputs.


- Ensure task completion within the Sprint and define next releases.


- Contribute to Quality Assurance (QA) measures.


Preferred Skills (Technical & Behavioural) Mandatory :


- Experience in Project Management, Planning, and Organizing


- CSM / Equivalent Certification


- Strong Experience in JIRA


- Experience in Data domain technologies (e.g., Azure, Python, Java) is advantageous.


- Experience in Pricing Domain (PriceFx) is a plus.


- 3+ Years of Experience in Cloud/Data Projects


- 5+ Years of Experience in Scrum/Kanban Management


Desired Skills (Technical & Behavioural) Secondary :


- International experience and intercultural skills for onsite and offshore team collaboration.


- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.


- Strong influence and impact capabilities.


- Fluent in English.


- Fostering communication and analytical thinking.
