Scrum Master

to be a part of software development team. The Scrum Master is a servant leader who helps the team self-organize, self-manage, and achieve its goals via effective Agile/Lean/Scrum practices. The preferred candidate can be a Scrum Master of 1-2 agile teams. The Scrum Master understands and effectively applies and coaches Agile and Lean principles within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Scrum Master will support creating and maintaining project plans, Project Management activities like schedule management, estimating risks and effort, accomplishing project goals. The Scrum Master creates and maintains an environment for continuous learning and relentless improvement. The Scrum Master helps the agile team coordinate dependencies with other teams and communicates status of these dependencies as needed. Collaborates with other agile teams to identify, promote, and adopt best practices and lessons learned to optimize team and program/project performance.Our OfferInnovative and interesting projects in a newly formed teamBecome part of a team that believes in knowledge sharing and collaborationProfessional work environment with a high emphasis on product qualityOpportunities for training and development of professional skillsCompetitive benefits packageMultinational work environmentMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with concentration in software; or equivalent knowledge in the areas of software engineering (software requirements analysis, software design, software testing) desired.At least 4-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a Product company(preferably), where scrum master has simultaneously worked on continuation/sustenance projects or new product design projects involving cross functional teams like Hardware, Firmware, Software, Mechanical, Certification and others.Certified as Scrum Master.Excellent English proficiency and fluency to communicate with people at all levels.Desired QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in Software Development/Test, or other related roleMinimum 4 years of experience in an Agile development environmentIn depth knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques is preferredExperience as a scrum master (with certification) and/or Agile coach is preferredPrevious experience in a leadership role preferredCertification as Agile Coach is a plusKnowledge of, or experience with Rockwell Automation products or other industrial control equipment is preferredWho we areWe are a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation.
