Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Kolkata. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining account records, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to meet client needs. The Account Manager will also be involved in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Client management, relationship building, and customer service skills
  • Experience in account operations and coordinations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain account records
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is a plus
