Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for an Amazon-Flipkart Ecommerce Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, running PPC campaigns, handling customer service inquiries, analyzing sales data, and coordinating overall e-commerce activities on Amazon and Flipkart platforms. They will ensure the platforms are utilized effectively to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Possesses strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and sales performance evaluation
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for managing customer interactions and queries
  • Experience in E-Commerce platforms and processes
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Amazon and Flipkart platforms is a plus
