Job Summary :As our Lead Robotics Software Engineer and Founding Engineer, you'll architect the core robotics software stack that powers our AI Robots. You'll have direct impact on product direction and technical architecture, working closely with founders to build breakthrough solutions in robotic manipulation, control systems, and autonomous navigation.

Key Responsibilities :Architect and implement advanced motion planning and control systems for robotic manipulationBuild robust perception systems using multi-modal sensor fusionDesign and optimize autonomous navigation systems for complex construction environmentsDevelop and maintain high-fidelity simulation environments for rapid prototyping and testingLead technical decision-making and mentor future team membersCollaborate with mechanical and AI teams to deliver integrated robotics solutions

Qualifications and Skills :Bachelor's/Master's (MS or PhD) in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field4-7 years of experience in Robotics, Manipulator systems, Control SystemsMotion Planning algorithms for 6DOF manipulatorsStrong foundation in control theory and algorithms relevant to robotic systemsExpertise in creating ROS2 drivers, with proficiency in MoveIt2 for manipulation and Nav2 for navigation tasksProficiency in using simulation environments like Isaac Sim for realistic scenario testing and developmentExperience with simulation tools like Gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, and RVizStrong understanding of control systems, including sensor fusion, Kalman filters, motion planning, and trajectory optimizationExcellent programming skills in Python & C++ with familiarity in ROS2Ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced startup environmentWhy Join Us :Join a dynamic startup and work directly with the founders to shape the future of robotics in constructionBe part of a mission to create intelligent robots that eliminate the need for human labor in harsh and unsafe environmentsExperience the thrill of building not just a product, but a company from the ground up
