Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven Graduate Engineer – Business Development (Solar) to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to combine engineering knowledge with client engagement skills, contributing to the growth of our solar business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the solar sector.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and technical-commercial offers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to prepare feasibility studies and solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related engineering field.
  • Strong interest in solar energy and sustainable technologies.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with basic understanding of solar project concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
