Job Description: Pharma Marketing Executive
Location: North 24 Parganas
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Qualification: Background in Medical or Pharma (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or related degree)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pharma Marketing Executive to join our team in the North 24 Parganas area. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to promote and market products to healthcare professionals in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote Pharmaceutical Products:
- Market and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Deliver detailed product presentations and provide technical support to healthcare providers.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor competitor products and industry trends to develop strategies for better market penetration.
- Identify potential opportunities for product introductions and expansions.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals in the assigned area.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on product effectiveness.
- Sales Targets:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- Implement effective sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share in the region.
- Product Training and Education:
- Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, medical advancements, and regulations.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, product deliveries, and sales data.
- Promotional Campaigns:
- Assist in designing and executing promotional campaigns, advertisements, and marketing collateral for products.
- Participate in local medical conferences, exhibitions, and events to promote the company's products.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure that marketing strategies are responsible and lawful.
- Educational Background:
- A degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm), Medical Science, or a related field is mandatory.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, sales, or business development. Freshers with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, drugs, and medical terminology.
- Familiarity with regional healthcare networks in North 24 Parganas is a plus.
- Self-Motivated:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve sales targets.
- Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the North 24 Parganas region to meet healthcare professionals, attend conferences, and visit clients.
- Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
