We are hiring dynamic and confident Sales & Marketing Executives (Freshers) who are passionate about client interaction, property sales, and business development in the real estate sector.

Eligibility:
Final-year students or recent graduates from any stream with strong communication skills and a passion for sales

Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound client calls to explain project offerings.
· Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients throughout the sales process.
· Maintain CRM updates, client follow-ups, and lead tracking.
· Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies.
· Help in organizing real estate events, walk-ins, and exhibitions.
· Provide feedback to internal teams about market trends and buyer preferences.
Candidate Requirements:
· BBA/MBA/B.Com/B.Tech or related degree
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
· Enthusiasm to build a career in real estate sales.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
· Must be presentable and well-groomed.
