This is a remote position.

Role : Sr Associate Finance

 Responsibilities:
  • Ensuringon time and accurate reporting of monthly accounts andMIS
  • Complete ownership of statutory audits taxaudits in coordination with multiple advisors and externalagencies
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders toensure complete documentation for all donations anddeployments
  • Complete ownership of accounts receivablesand payables operations across all productlines
  • Tally based bookkeeping for multipleentities
  • Coordinating with multiple banks for dailyoperations treasury management
  • All periodic filings TDS GSTetc
  • Allregulatory compliances licence renewals labour compliances MCAfilings with the help of externalagencies
  • Continuous automation of processes inpartnership with the tech team to allow higher scale and higherefficiency
  • Support other Finance team members to achievedepartment goals
Requirements:
  • Handson contributorwith a strong knowledge of accounting and the ability to runaccounting operations at scale
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant with minimum 3years experience or accounting / commerce postgraduate from premierinstitutes with consistently strong academic credentials with 5years experience
  • Preference for individuals with experience inTier 1 corporates or Tier 1 accountingfirms
  • Experience in the SaaS industry would be anadded advantage
  • Handson contributor with a strong knowledgeof accounting
  • A growth and learning mindset high energy andpassion for doing impactful work
  • Comfort in a highintensity fastpacedenvironment with regular stretchrequirements
  • Ability to handle advanced excel and googlesheets
  • High comfort with technology and the abilityto automate accounting processes
  • Able to solve complexproblems
  • Excellent communication skills with abilityto build relationships
  • Strong interpersonalskills
  • High level of commercialacumen
  • Advanced computer software skills includingwriting macros in Excel and other accounting packages includingTally ERP / Tally Prime
