Hiring for Head of Operation for a fastest growing D2C platform that provide service at doorstep.
Role:- Director / Head Operations

Location:- Mumbai
Reports to- Founder
Key Responsibilities:
The Operation Head - Supply and Network will lead strategic supply chain and operational projects, focusing on enhancing speed, reliability, customer experience, and growth. This role includes designing and implementing supply chain networks, driving cost savings, and managing large teams and complex operations.
Strategic Supply Chain Management:
Lead end-to-end strategic supply chain and operational projects.
Drive multi-year strategic product and engineering projects to maximize speed, reliability, customer experience, and growth.
Network Operations:
Manage logistics and distribution networks to ensure efficient product flow.
Optimize warehouse operations, transportation, and delivery processes.
Implement best practices to improve network efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain and network strategies.
Align supply chain strategies with business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.
Create short-term and long-term plans for supply chain and network optimization.
Operational Efficiency:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess supply chain and network performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or network operations.
Proven track record of leading and managing supply chain and network teams.
