Position: HR Executive
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat, India

What You'll Do:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding top talent.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and promote engagement.
HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and review HR policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
Performance Management: Support managers in performance appraisals and employee development.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize relevant programs to enhance employee skills.
HR Administration: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR role, with a solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with HR software and MS Office Suite.
Attributes: Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive situations with professionalism, and be a proactive team player.
