Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive experience of 17 + years Expertise in delivering embedded solutions across multiple industry verticals, including automotive, medical equipment, and consumer electronics. Extensive experience with hardware architectures such as ARM, x86, RISC-V, and DSP. Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and multi-core architectures. Experience with connectivity protocols like MQTT, CANBUS, and MODBUS. Fluency in both waterfall and agile delivery models, with proficiency in requirement management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps. Experience in conducting customer workshops to elicit business and product requirements. Ability to make informed decisions, manage conflicts, and build consensus in multi-stakeholder environments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the delivery of embedded solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards. Manage both fixed-price and time & material projects, balancing scope, schedule, and budget. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions encompassing hardware, firmware, and software components. Provide deep technical guidance in areas such as microprocessor/microcontroller-based systems, embedded operating systems (., Linux, RTOS), device drivers, and sensor technologies. Ensure adherence to best practices in embedded system design and development. Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Lead the preparation of RFPs/RFIs and proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and propose innovative solutions. Implement and refine delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. Utilize tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps for effective requirement management and agile delivery. Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Establish and monitor quality assurance processes, including manual and automated testing, HIL testing, and CI/CD integration. Coach and mentor project managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Promote agile methodologies and serve as a product owner or scrum master as needed. Work closely with architects, business consultants, visual designers, and presales experts to deliver cohesive solutions. Engage with global teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery across geographies. Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly. Navigate complex stakeholder environments to build consensus and drive project success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
